How do I return my product?

According to the articles L121-18, L121-19, L121-20, L121-20-2 of the Code de la Consommation, you may return the purchased items within seven days from when the items are received. The items must be returned in perfect state and be unused.

You cannot return items that were custom made for you or items like software, DVDs and CDs.

Please provide your bank account details for us to transfer back the money.

How do I exchange a product?

If you wish to exchange the product you received to a different product, we will gladly do it. Send the goods back to us securely packaged and place a new order. Our staff will then proceed to the exchange.

All returned and exchanged items must be returned at your own expense with postage tracking and insurance.
